With speed cameras now a regular feature on our roads, the number of convictions for speeding has increased enormously.

In many cases, no challenge is made of the Prosecution case.

However speed cameras may be incorrectly calibrated and our legal team may be able to demonstrate in Court that the Prosecution cannot prove their case beyond ‘reasonable doubt’.
