Pricing

Initial telephone advice will be free of charge.

We will also provide an initial detailed written advice in any alcohol
related matters for a fixed fee.

All work is undertaken on a privately paid basis, although we will of course
advise you as to the availability of public funding where appropriate. All
fees will be agreed with you in advance. If we win your case we will ask the
court to make a ‘Defendant’s Costs Order’ whereby you may be reimbursed some or all of our fees.
